The Transition House Society is dedicated to eliminating abuse and violence, especially in families, in our community.

Philosophy:  We believe violence in relationships undermine human potential and is therefore never acceptable.  Violence is a social problem that can only be solved  through cooperative community effort.

What we do: 

     Work towards ending violence and abuse in  relationships                                         
     Assist women and their children in their recovery from
        violence and abuse

     Educate the community about issues of violence
